ears worked you can use the time on the hands) where all their reflexes are worked by gentle
massage and stretching. Then to the hands. The hands are throughly worked making several
passes on each area. The feet are worked last. Massage oil is applied to the feet and legs (up
to the knees). Very smooth basalt lava rocks are used to glide up the legs and to work the feet.
Smaller stones are used to work specific reflex areas on the feet. Each area on the feet is
warmed with a freshly heated stone and then worked with either a sliding or twisting motion.

60 Min. Foot Session-- The feet are worked the same as in the 90 Min. Session. This session
